All Levels Hatha Yoga

Breathe, move, stretch and be still.
Yoga helps us become aware of our bodies, so we can bring awareness to what's happening in our hearts and minds.
In this rich 90-minute class, you will balance careful attention to physical alignment with simple movements that flow with the breath. Plenty of modifications to the poses will be offered to guide you into poses in ways that add to your body's strength and ease.
Wednesdays . 7 pm
$15 drop in or $60 for 5 classes
**Class will be enjoying a break through April 2020 and will be reassessed at that time
