Yoga with Liz

Come strengthen your mind and body in a more traditional Hatha Yoga class. Our focus is on proper alignment, holding each pose, and deepening our breath work. Using props and modifications, this class is gentle enough for beginning students yet offers a challenge for those wishing to deepen their personal practice. Sliding scale rates available when needed as I believe in Yoga for All!

Every Monday, up in the Ballroom, is the sweetest time.
Come on up, take off your shoes, get comfy and close your eyes. Rest, recharge and let the energy of the group carry your meditation where it needs to go.
On the first Monday of the month, John gives us the treat of a Guided Meditation.

Yoga helps us become aware of our bodies, so we can bring awareness to what's happening in our hearts and minds.
In this rich 90-minute class, you will balance careful attention to physical alignment with simple movements that flow with the breath. Plenty of modifications to the poses will be offered to guide you into poses in ways that add to your body's strength and ease.

I am inviting you to join me and get a big helping of this heart-biggering movie. I invite you to join me in this story of women, refugees, food, friendship, perseverance. We will travel together, cheer together, love together, cry a little together and laugh together.
Tickets are $10 and the proceeds will be shared between the movie studio and the Center's Refugees Love Fund.
