Every Monday, up in the Ballroom, is the sweetest time.
Come on up, take off your shoes, get comfy and close your eyes. Rest, recharge and let the energy of the group carry your meditation where it needs to go.
On the first Monday of the month, John gives us the treat of a Guided Meditation.

Breathe, move, stretch and be still.
Yoga helps us become aware of our bodies, so we can bring awareness to what's happening in our hearts and minds.
In this rich 90-minute class, you will balance careful attention to physical alignment with simple movements that flow with the breath. Plenty of modifications to the poses will be offered to guide you into poses in ways that add to your body's strength and ease.

The Sweet Spot

We all want to be heard and understood, especially when it come to the “difficult conversations” of our lives.
The “Sweet Spot” class, will give you the tools you need to clarify what the conversation really is about (which could surprise you) and then to share this information with the other person, with calm and confidence.
You will be ready to address any topic with anyone with peace of mind, in order to achieve a peaceful resolution while remaining true to you.

We invite anyone who operates a business in some fashion, to join us. Whether you are a teacher, a doctor, a shop owner, a community leader, you work from home, man or woman, if you work with other people, our vision is that these Happy SKILS will be a sweet and powerful asset to all of us that will leave us refreshed, inspired and fed. Luminary Workshop for Teens and Adults
with Luminary Artist Loalynda Bird
In a fun series of classes join Loalynda as she leads you in creating your own glowing work of art! Then show off your creation at the Earth Day Luminary Parade on Guemes Island.
Class 1 March 31st: Designing and creating frame and webbing
Class 2 April 7th: Creating the luminaries outer shell
Class 3 April 14th: Prepping pole and final surface design
April 27th: Earth Day Luminary Parade on Guemes Island
The day of parade you can walk onto the 8pm Guemes ferry which is approximately a 9 minute ride. The parade will start across from dock at the Guemes General Store.
Classes are Sundays: March 31st, April 7th & 14th . 2 - 5pm
Earth Day Luminary Parade: Saturday, April 27th . 8 p
$50 includes all classes, materials and parade participation
