I really want to share this incredible information with you and have scheduled a free Introductory Foundation Training Class.
What is Foundation Training?
Foundation Training is a system of movement based exercise designed to help restore our natural movement pattern, which is to hinge from the hip joints rather than the back.
What will Foundation Training do for me?
Learning these exercises will help decrease chronic back pain, improve posture and flexibility, and help you perform better at whatever physical activities you enjoy doing.
How do I sign up?
Call Darci at our office: 360-588-9108 to get signed up. The class is free and we are limiting it to the first 20 people to enroll so I can give each of you personal attention.
